  • Parents

Parents are permitted to observe lessons or wait in the lounge. Parents who wish to drop off a student must communicate with the teacher ahead of time to avoid breaking our safety rules. *Specifically, if a make-up lesson is scheduled outside of the normal lesson time, a parent will be required to stay in the building if no other teachers are present.

  • Selection of Lesson Day and Time

Upon receipt of completed registration, families will be contacted by the teacher to schedule a weekly lesson time. This should be done before payment.

    1. Register

    2. You will be contacted to schedule

    3. Make payment

  • Lesson Payment

Lessons will not be given until payment is received. If paying in monthly installments, please pay for the month’s lessons during the first week of the month.

  • Teacher Rescheduled Lessons

If a teacher must miss a scheduled lesson, students will be notified directly by the teacher and the lesson will be made up at a mutually agreeable time later in the semester.

  • Student Missed Lessons

If a student must miss a scheduled lesson due to unforeseen or unplanned circumstances, please contact your teacher as soon as possible.  Lessons altered by the student will be handled on a case by case basis and may or may not be rescheduled at the discretion of the teacher.

  • Online Make-up

In the event of a school closure due to a regional or national crisis, lessons may be made up by utilizing online technology, at the teacher’s discretion.
